EDT support for activities
The Thematic Doctoral School in Neurosciences provides financial support up to € 1.500 for the organization of activities of interest for PhD students, such as the organisation of a a seminar, a course or any activity that could be useful for PhD students. Applications can be sent all year round.
You can download the application form and send it to our secretary. You must provide a detailed budget and specify the expected contribution from the Thematic Doctoral School in Neurosciences. Please note that reimbursement is conditional to the communication of the list of PhD students having participated to the organized activity. As a reminder, eligible costs follow the rules for FNRS support, i.e., the main costs permitted are related to travel and accomodation for speakers/teachers, rental of conference room, printing of flyers/programs, dinner for speakers and organizers and coffee breaks. Other catering costs are not admitted.
