This two-day workshop brings together approximately 120 senior and junior researchers investigating the socio-cognitive processes that underpin our understanding of self and others, including empathy, mentalizing, perspective-taking, automatic imitation, self-other distinction, and self-knowledge. The aim of this sixth edition is to integrate perspectives across disciplines in order to better model the structure of social cognition, with a particular focus on its conceptualization, measurement, neural underpinnings, and clinical relevance.
